Hypocrisy at its best - people and behaviour

why do people behave this way?
 You go to drop your books at library window after hours. There are 3 groups of people in 3 cars arriving at library to return their books. I had so many books that I had to make 5 trips to the car back and forth to fetch my books and put into the return box.
 All the while, these other people are fine with waiting in the car for me to get done. even though, they could have perfectly utilized my downtime of going to the car to get the books to return their books and onto whatever else they need to do.
You can see the extension of this same behaviour when u have a common mailbox and people will park their car next to the mailbox, but will wait for the other person to clear their area before they can open their car door and get out.
These are the same people who will be so smiley and personable when they accidentally see you F2F. I call these behaviours as "Hypocrisy"...in a country of hypocrites.
ofcourse, you see variations of these behaviours everywhere, in the office, in parties and everywhere else. Ofcourse, most people are not smart enough to change their ingrained behaviours from place to place.

One more nonsense that we put up with:- I hear and see these comments everywhere. " I miss you..please drop by and see me". what kind of nonsense is this? I am so important that even though I miss you, you please take the effort to come and see me, because I am so busy and important and you are not". Sheesh, I would like to know the kind of fiber these people are made with that I would know what is the most essential thing to avoid.
While I am on a roll, I might as well add this. I am fine with being with you, until I get a better choice. can we meet for lunch and then 1/2 hour later, I got something urgent that popped up...can we do this another week later? ....
These kinds of people can think and feel they are smarter than everyone else, I wish they just take a minute to stand infront of the mirror and tell themselves," I am not fooling anyone but myself. Why can I not be honest to myself for one minute in a day? Man, I have a real problem that I need to deal with..it is called MYSELF".

Honestly, I do not get it. As Intel stock has just been a laughing stock and meandered valueless for over so many years, why would a company pay 7.7 BILLIONS of dollars in CASH and buy a company that is already in the losing ways?
Sounds like way overpaid and way over paid in cash. For MFE shareholders, it is a great day to sell and have fun. For intel stockholders, just more pain..
